2 Leeks
4 Cloves Garlic
4 to 6 Chilli Peppers
4 Slices Ginger
1 Tbsp Ground Coriander
1 Tbsp Ground Cumin
1 Tsp White Pepper
Salt to Taste

Finely slice the leeks

Slice the semi-frozen beef into very thin slices

Once the beef has thawed out, you're ready to start cooking

Heat 2 tbsp of the oil in a wok on high heat till smoking

Add the garlic, ginger and chilli peppers, stir-fry for a few seconds

Add the beef and stir-fry on a high heat for 2 minutes

Add the cumin, coriander and white pepper, fry for another 2 minutes

Add the leeks, stir fry for a minute & add salt to taste

Transfer to a dish, serve and enjoy
