3/4 cup hot water
20ml olive oil
8 wheels of salami
150g white cheese

Cut 1 large onion into rings and separate the rings.

Add 1 tsp of salt and 50ml of apple cider vinegar to the onion and marinate.

Peel 2 green plantains.

In a bowl with 4 cups of water, add 1 tsp of salt and boil the plantains until soft.

Remove the plantains and put them in a bowl.

Add 60g of butter and 3/4 cup of the hot water from boiling the plantains, then crush to make a puree.

Reserve 20ml of olive oil in a pan and fry the marinated onions until soft, then remove and reserve.
