Chop frozen seafood while still frozen for easier handling, or use a food processor to mix.
Prepare a pot of boiling water and cook lasagna noodles for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring gently to avoid breaking them.
In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté chopped onion, bell peppers, celery, and garlic until softened.
Add Dominican oregano, black pepper, and salt to the skillet.
Mix in chopped tomatoes and let them release their juices.
Add imitation crab meat and shrimp to the skillet, cooking until heated through and the seafood releases its own water.
Squeeze fresh lime juice over the seafood mixture and stir to combine.
Spread some Alfredo sauce at the bottom of the baking dish to prevent sticking.
Layer the seafood mixture and lasagna noodles in the baking dish, alternating with Alfredo sauce until all ingredients are used.
Place the lasagna in the oven without covering it and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
