Wash and drain the quinoa 5 times, then reserve it.

Sauté the garlic, onion, and carrot.

Add the quinoa and water.

Insert the steamer and add the salmon fillets, zucchini cubes, and broccoli. Cover it with the open Temp Tone. Program the timer for 10 minutes.

Put on the Temp Tone.

When you hear the Temp Tone hiss, turn the heat down to low, close the Temp Tone, and the timer will activate.

Upon hearing the sound of the timer, turn off the stove. The cooking is ready.

Remove the vegetables from the steamer and mix them with the quinoa. Add the mango and cherry tomatoes, serve, and enjoy.
