Mince the garlic and melt the butter in a skillet.

Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and keep it warm.

Flatten the chicken breasts gently using a meat mallet.

Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, black pepper, and kosher salt.

Heat olive oil in a skillet and add the seasoned chicken breasts.

Cook the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side until done and keep warm.

Boil water with rosemary and salt for the pasta.

Chop the onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper, and cut the tomatoes in half.

In a separate skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.

Add the chopped vegetables and mushrooms, and season with garlic powder, onion powder, and crushed red pepper.

Reserve some pasta water and add it to the skillet along with the cooked pasta.

Add vegetable or chicken stock if more liquid is needed and let simmer for 1-2 minutes.
