Garlic Butter Pasta

25 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon tomato paste
8 oz linguini pasta
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

To a pot of salted boiling water, add linguini pasta and cook until al dente, approximately 10 to 11 minutes.

Once pasta is done, turn off the heat, drain it, and set it aside.

In a small pan with olive oil, add garlic cloves and simmer on medium heat until golden brown, about 20 to 25 minutes.

Remove garlic from oil and set aside.

In a blender, add butter, garlic cloves, ground black pepper, and salt (optional) and blend until combined.

Place the butter mixture into a bowl and add 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese, basil, parsley flakes, and tomato paste; mix until well combined.

In a heated skillet, add the cooked linguini and the butter mixture; mix until noodles are coated.

Add crushed red pepper flakes and remaining grated Parmesan cheese; mix well.

Garnish with additional basil and parsley flakes before serving.
