60 g butter
3 cloves garlic
1/2 lemon (zest)
1 bird's eye chili (optional)

Get a pot of water on the heat and add 1 tablespoon of salt for about 1 liter of water.

Set the heat to medium and add 60 g of butter to the pan.

Cook the butter for 5 to 10 minutes until it turns golden brown.

Reduce the heat and add 3 cloves of grated garlic to the butter, then turn off the heat to avoid burning the garlic.
