1 cup frozen mango diced
1 cup shredded semi sweet coconut

Preheat Oven to 350F.

In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, baking soda, and coconut.

In a medium bowl, beat the eggs, oil, rum, and vanilla extract.

Add in zucchini and mango and lightly mix until all is combined. Do not over mix.
