Add a little bit of coconut water into the pot.
Add 1/2 cup shredded coconut to the pot.
Add 2 tablespoons of sweet cream, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1 teaspoon of nutmeg to the pot.
Set the heat to low and let it simmer.
In a separate bowl, mix together 1 cup of flour, a pinch of salt, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
Roll the mixture into little balls.
Add about 1 cup of water to the pot with the coconut mixture.
Drop the dumplings into the pot and let them boil until all of the water evaporates.
Allow the mixture to reduce until almost all moisture is absorbed and the dumplings are coated in coconut.
Turn off the stove, cover the pot, and allow it to steam for a few minutes.
Spoon the coconut and dumplings into a bowl.
