1 cup red label wine

In a pot, add at least 5 cups of hot water.

Leave to boil for at least 3 minutes, then turn off the stove and allow to cool.

Cover the pot and let it cool for at least 8 hours or overnight.

Strain the mixture through a strainer into a bowl, ensuring it is smooth.

Add just over half a cup of water to the strained liquid to extract more flavor, then strain again.

Sweeten the strained liquid with brown sugar and granulated sugar to taste.

Add 1 tablespoon of jamaican white rum and just over 1 tablespoon of red label wine to the mixture and stir.

Prepare a glass jug with ice and add orange slices for garnish if desired.
