1 bowl Murmura
1 tsp Oil
Turmeric Powder
Red Chilli Powder
1/2 cup roasted Peanuts
1/2 cup roasted Chickpeas
Salt to taste
1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
1 tsp mildly Coriander Seeds (Dhaniya)
1 tsp Chaat Masala
Pinch of Asafoetida Powder (optional)
Green Chillies (as per taste)
1 finely chopped small Ginger Knob
Few Curry Leaves
1.5 cup Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Water

Finely chopped veggies (Tomato, Coriander, Raw Mango, Boiled Potato & Onion)

Dry roast Murmura and transfer it to a bowl.

In the same pan, add 1 tsp Oil.

Add a little Turmeric & Red Chilli Powder.

Add 1/2 cup roasted Peanuts & Chickpeas and mix well to coat with the masala.

Add Salt to taste and transfer to a bowl to cool down.

To make the Chutney, take a mixer jar and add 1/2 cup roasted Chickpeas, 1 tsp Cumin Seeds, 1 tsp mildly Coriander Seeds, 1 tsp Chaat Masala, and a pinch of Asafoetida Powder.

Add Salt to taste and churn the dry ingredients.

Now add Green Chillies, a finely chopped small Ginger Knob, few Curry Leaves, and 1.5 cup Coriander Leaves.

Add 1 tsp Water and coarsely grind the mixture.

Transfer the chutney to a bowl.

In a big mixing bowl, add roasted Murmura, Masala Peanuts & Chickpeas, break some Puris and add them, and add Sev.

Add 2 tbs Chutney and mix it.

Add finely chopped veggies (Tomato, Coriander, Raw Mango, Boiled Potato & Onion) and Lemon Juice.

Mix well and serve in a paper cone.
