Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
Add warm water gradually and knead into a soft dough.
Cover the dough and let it rest for a while.
Finely chop onions and green chilies.
Mix chopped onions, green chilies, coriander, and spices in a bowl.
Divide the dough into equal portions.
Flatten a portion of dough into a small disc.
Place a spoonful of the onion mixture in the center of the disc.
Fold the edges over the filling to seal it tightly.
Roll the stuffed dough ball gently into a flat circle.
Heat a skillet over medium heat until hot.
Cook the paratha for a few minutes on each side until golden brown, brushing with oil.
