- 4Add water gradually to the flour mixture to form a thick batter.
- 5Coat the soaked peanuts in the batter until evenly covered.
- 6Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat until shimmering.
- 7Carefully drop coated peanuts into the hot oil in batches.
- 8Fry the peanuts until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

- 10In a separate pan, heat a little oil and add curry leaves and chopped coriander leaves.
