Gradually add the warm milk mixture to the egg mixture, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.

Return the mixture to the saucepan and cook over medium heat until it thickens, stirring continuously.

Remove from heat and stir in the butter until melted and smooth.

Prepare the coffee (nescafe) and dip the savoiardi biscuits briefly in the coffee.

Layer the dipped savoiardi in a dish, followed by a layer of the cream mixture.

Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the cream on top.

Dust the top with cocoa powder and refrigerate before serving.
