1 tsp Coriander Seeds Powder
3-4 Garlic Cloves
Salt (as per taste)
4 Potatoes (boiled & mashed)
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Oil (for frying)
1 Egg (for coating)

Boil the eggs and chop them.

Grate the coconuts and set aside.

Chop the coriander leaves and set aside.

Break the green chilli and prepare the spices.

In a mixing bowl, combine boiled and chopped eggs, grated coconuts, chopped coriander leaves, broken green chilli, coriander seeds powder, minced garlic, boiled and mashed potatoes, ginger garlic paste, and salt to taste.

Mix all the ingredients well to form a dough-like mixture.

Shape the mixture into kebabs.

Dip each kebab in beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs.

Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
