Prepare the green chili by removing the stem and cutting it into four pieces.

Chop the bell pepper, onion, green chili, tomato, ginger, and garlic into thin strips.

Heat a pan and add approximately 1 tablespoon of oil.

Add all the chopped vegetables to the pan and sauté for about one minute.

Add 1 cup of water, salt to taste, and a little black pepper to the pan.

Cover and let it cook for 5 to 6 minutes.

Remove the lid and add cheese to the mixture, stirring well until the cheese melts.

Once the cheese has melted, turn off the gas flame and serve the dish.
