2 tbsp ghee
1/2 cup jaggery
2 tbsp dry or desiccated coconut
1 tbsp cashews, roasted & chopped
1 tbsp almonds, roasted & chopped
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds, roasted & chopped
1 tbsp pistachios, roasted & chopped
2 medjool dates, pitted & chopped
1/2 tsp green cardamom powder

Powder the chapathis to make about 2 cups.

In a pan, heat the ghee.

Add the powdered chapathis to the pan and mix well with the ghee.

In a separate bowl, combine jaggery, dry coconut, nuts, dates, and cardamom powder.

Mix the dry ingredients with the chapathi mixture in the pan.
