250 gms wheat flour
½ cup ghee
1 cup milk
Salt, to taste
½ cup gundar
Jaggery
¾ cup mix dry fruits (chopped almonds, pistachios, kishmish and charoli)

Mix together the flour, suji, milk, ghee and salt together.

Keep a side for 2 hours.

Once done make round balls of it and fry it in ghee.

Let it cool and then grind it coarsely.

Heat a kadai with ½ cup ghee and add gundar.

Cook the gundar till it starts to burst, remove from flame and let it cool.

In the same ghee add jaggery and let it melt.

Add the flour mix, gundar and dry fruits to the jaggery.

Mix well till combined.

Serve hot with a garnish of chopped dry fruits.
