Tamarind Drink

1 piece tamarind
1/2 cup brown sugar
a pinch of salt

Boil 10 cups of water in a pot.

Add a piece of tamarind to the boiling water.

Mash the tamarind in the water to release flavor.

Boil until the water turns a nice brown color.
