Whisk the eggs in a bowl.

Add warm milk to the whisked eggs.

Sift all-purpose flour with salt and add it to the egg and milk mixture a little at a time, whisking until smooth.

Preheat the oven to 400°F and place the popover pan inside to warm for 2-3 minutes.
