Popovers can be enjoyed plain or filled with sweet or savory fillings, making them versatile for various occasions.

Preheat the oven and place the buttered pan in the oven for 2 minutes until the butter's melted.
In a bowl, beat together 2 cups of flour, 2 cups of milk, 4 eggs, 2 tbsps of browned butter, and 1 teaspoon of kosher salt.
Fill the buttered pan halfway with the batter.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Turn down the oven to 350°F and bake for another 15 minutes.
Remove the popovers from the oven and place them in a bowl with a tea towel to keep warm.
Serve immediately with lots of butter.
