Crush fine vermicelli by hand and set aside.
In a pan, add 2 teaspoons of ghee and 2 teaspoons of desi ghee.
Roast the crushed vermicelli on low heat until it changes color and texture.
Add 2 to 2.5 tablespoons of sugar and mix until it melts slightly.
Add 1.5 cups of water to soften the vermicelli without making it too soft.
Prepare a mixture of 2 teaspoons of cornflour with water.
Once the vermicelli is ready, transfer it to a plate.
In a new pan, add 200 grams of milk and bring it to a slight temperature.
Add 0.5 teaspoons of sugar and vanilla essence to the milk.
Once the milk boils, add the cornflour mixture while stirring continuously until thickened.
Add mango pulp for flavor, if desired.
Layer the prepared vermicelli in a bowl and press it down.
Pour the thickened mixture over the vermicelli step by step.
Add any remaining vermicelli on top to shape it like a bowl.
Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
