1 teaspoon ghee
50 grams rolled oats
500 milliliters low fat milk
100 grams orange
2 tablespoons honey
pistachios for garnishing

Heat 1 teaspoon ghee in a pan and add 50 grams rolled oats.

Roast them for 2 minutes or until it turns golden brown in color.

Remove it from heat. Set aside.

In another pan, add 500 milliliters low fat milk and cook for 4-5 minutes on medium heat.

Now, add roasted oats and cook for 8-10 minutes on medium heat or until it gets thickened.

Remove it from heat and cool for 10 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, add prepared oats milk, 100 grams orange, 2 tablespoons honey and mix it well.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Add the diabetic friendly oats & orange rabri into a serving dish.

Garnish it with pistachios.
