This pudding is a modern twist on classic muhallebis, showcasing tahini's versatility and appeal. Today, it's a popular choice in Turkish households and beyond, celebrated for its unique flavor and smooth texture.

Almond butter provides a similar nutty flavor with fewer calories.

Honey offers a natural sweetness with a distinct flavor.
In a pot, add 1 liter of milk.
Add 1 cup minus 1 finger of granulated sugar to the pot.
Add 1 egg yolk to the mixture.
Add 2 heaping tablespoons of flour to the pot.
Add 2 heaping tablespoons of cornstarch to the mixture.
Stir continuously until the mixture reaches a pudding consistency.
Once it starts bubbling, remove it from the heat.
Add 1 packet of vanilla and 1 teaspoon of butter to the mixture and stir well.
Add 0.5 cup of tahini and mix thoroughly.
Pour the mixture into small cups or if you don't have cups, wet a bag and pour the mixture into it.
Let it cool in the fridge.
Once cooled, turn it out of the mold.
Garnish with walnut pieces or sesame seeds on top.
