Welcome to Elif's kitchen. Today I will share the recipe for tahini pudding with you.
Add 1 liter of milk to a pot.
Add 1 glass of sugar (136 grams) to the milk.
Add 1 egg yolk to the mixture.
Add 2 tablespoons of starch (20 grams) and 2 tablespoons of flour (20 grams) and mix well.
Take the pot to the stove and stir continuously until it boils.
Once it starts boiling, cook it for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally on low heat.
Add 1 packet of vanilla (5 grams) and 1 teaspoon of butter (7 grams) to the mixture.
Add 1/2 glass of tahini (100 grams) and turn off the stove, mixing well.
Bring out the bowls and pour out the excess water from them.
Pour the pudding into the bowls while it is still warm.
I will turn it upside down; I have wet the bowls.
Let it cool in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
When it comes to temperature, turn it upside down onto a plate.
Garnish with pistachio. You can decorate with walnuts and hazelnuts if you like.
Tahini pudding, which has a different flavor with its silky consistency, is ready to serve.
