1

Start with an empty bowl and add peeled and deveined shrimp that have been rinsed.

2

Add mahi mahi fillets cut into bite-sized squares to the bowl.

3

Preheat the cast iron grill (or barbecue grill) as it takes a while to get hot.

4

In a separate bowl, add Maggi citrus green seasoning.

5

Pour in 1/2 cup of olive oil into the bowl with the seasoning.

6

Add 2 packs of Maggi season up fish seasoning to the bowl.

7

Mix all the ingredients in the bowl together until incorporated.

8

Add lime juice to the mixture and mix well.

9

Add the shrimp and fish to the bowl and mix them in the seasoning.

10

Refrigerate the seafood mixture for 15 to 30 minutes to marinate.

11

Soak bamboo skewers in water for about 30 minutes to prevent burning on the grill.

12

Thread the marinated shrimp, fish, pineapple, red onion, tomato, and sweet peppers onto the skewers.

13

Ensure to leave space on the skewers for holding them.

14

Once finished threading, place the skewers on the hot grill.

15

Grill the kebabs for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, turning after 4 to 5 minutes.

16

Check that the fish and shrimp are cooked all the way through before removing from the grill.
