Boil 1 liter of milk in a saucepan.
Add 1/2 cup sugar to the boiling milk and stir until dissolved.
Mix in 1/2 cup milk powder to avoid lumps.
Add cardamom powder and chopped dry fruits (almonds, pistachios) to the mixture and stir well.
Let the mixture come to a boil again.
Grind 4-5 slices of bread into fine crumbs using a grinder.
Add the bread crumbs to the milk mixture and mix well.
Let the mixture thicken for about 5-10 minutes.
Add cream to the mixture and turn off the heat.
Allow the mixture to cool down before freezing.
Prepare a mold by lining it with butter paper (optional) and pour in the ice cream mixture.
Cover the mold with butter paper and freeze overnight.
To serve, dip the mold in warm water for a few seconds to loosen the ice cream, then remove the butter paper and cut into pieces.
