In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Cut in unsalted butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and vanilla extract.

Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and mix until a dough forms.

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Roll out two-thirds of the dough on a floured surface to fit a tart pan.

Press the rolled-out dough into the tart pan and trim the edges.

Spread Nutella evenly over the dough in the tart pan.

Roll out the remaining dough and cut into strips to create a lattice top over the Nutella.
