1/2 cup of vinegar
1.5 tbs salt
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp red pepper
2 green chili
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp black pepper
lemon pepper
1 tbsp tandoori chicken masala
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp coconut powder
a pinch of red food color

Dip the chicken in a water and vinegar mixture along with salt for 15 minutes.
