3 tsps Garlic and Ginger Paste
1.5 tsps Colman's Mint Sauce
3 tsps Desi-Style mix powder
1 sprinkle Garam Masala mix powder
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Masala Paste
1 tsp Tikka Paste
1.5 tsps Tandoori Paste
3 tsps Red Food Colouring
1.5 tsps Yellow Food Colouring
2 tsps Mustard Oil
1 squeeze Lemon Juice
1 sprinkle Methi
1 tsp Salt
Chicken Breast
1/2 pint of Marinade
Jalfrezi Onions
1 sprinkle Coriander
1 Onion
1 Tomato
1/4 Pepper

Marinate the Chicken Breast in the yoghurt, garlic and ginger paste, mint sauce, desi-style mix powder, garam masala, kashmiri masala paste, tikka paste, tandoori paste, red food colouring, yellow food colouring, mustard oil, lemon juice, methi, and salt.

Let the chicken marinate for a sufficient amount of time.

Prepare the Jalfrezi onions, onion, tomato, and pepper for cooking.

Skewer the marinated chicken along with the prepared vegetables.

Cook the skewers on a grill or in the oven until the chicken is fully cooked.
