1 teaspoon Garlic Paste
1 teaspoon Ginger Paste

3 teaspoons Mustard Oil
30 ml Mustard Oil
½ teaspoon Ghee or Butter
Cloves
Bay Leaves
Cardamom
Mace
Cinnamon
1.5 teaspoons Gram Flour
2 teaspoons Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
150 grams Plain Yoghurt
1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
1 teaspoon Black Salt
1 teaspoon Salt to taste
½ teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
1 teaspoon Crushed Dried Fenugreek Leaves (Methi)
Pinch of Cardamom Powder
1 piece Charcoal
Butter
Cooking Oil
Ghee
Fresh Cream
Chaat Masala

Marinate the chicken breast with lemon juice, green chilli paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, and salt.

Add mustard oil, ghee or butter, and the spices (cloves, bay leaves, cardamom, mace, cinnamon).

Incorporate gram flour, Kashmiri red chilli powder, plain yoghurt, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, black salt, black pepper powder, crushed dried fenugreek leaves, and cardamom powder into the marinade.

Mix well and let the chicken marinate for a period of time.

Prepare the grill and cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked.

Use charcoal to add a smoky flavor if desired.
