2-3 stalks spring onion greens, chopped
½ raw mango, peeled and sliced into thin fingers
1 medium tomato, seeded and sliced into thin fingers
1 medium onion, sliced
3 tsps fresh passion fruit
Juice of ½ lemon
2 tsps extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
2-3 lemon slices to decorate

Mix together smoked fish, spring onion greens, raw mango, tomatoes and onions in a bowl.

Add passion fruit, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper powder and mix well.

Transfer onto a serving plate, decorate with lemon slices and serve immediately.
