Start by preparing the batter for the fried parrot fish.

Add normal flour into water and mix.

Add yellow spice and cumin seeds to the mixture.

Add a little bit of salt and continue mixing until you achieve a solid consistency.

Cut the parrot fish into strips and coat them in the batter until it sticks well.

Deep-fry the battered parrot fish until cooked.

Prepare a mango salad by peeling thin strips of green mango using a peeler.

Add thinly sliced red onion to the mango strips.

Mix in sugar, pepper, and a little oil to finish the salad.

Prepare a Golden Apple dish by grating the Golden Apple and mixing it with red onion, salt, and pepper.

Fry the grated Golden Apple mixture briefly until cooked.
