Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Season with salt, pepper, lime juice, and coriander to taste.
Fold in the cheese and green onions gently.
Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
Pour the batter into the prepared dish and smooth the top.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top for added texture.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool slightly before slicing into squares.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
