In a pan, (No Fire yet) Add Catsup, Water, Sugar and Vinegar. Mix well until Sugar dissolve.

Turn On the Fire (Medium), Bring the sauce to boil.

Add Pepper to taste.

Reduce the Fire to Low, continue stirring.

Once the sauce thickens a bit. It’s Done.

Transfer to bowl and add the minced Garlic as it cools.
