Take 400 g of washed and cleaned beef in the pressure cooker.

Add a spoon of turmeric and salt to taste and mix and cook for 30 minutes.

Heat the pan and pour in 10 ml of oil.

Put in 35 shallots and sauté well.

Put in 25 g of ginger and 25 g of garlic and sauté and mix.

Put in the pieces of one tomato and sauté well.

Put in a green chili and sauté well.

Put in a spoon of mixture of spices, a quarter spoon of turmeric powder, a quarter spoon of chili powder and salt to taste and mix well.

Add 100 g of split chickpeas and mix well.

Pour in the cooked beef with the broth into the mixture.

Let the mixture cook in the pressure cooker for 25 minutes.
