homemade bombay biryani masala 2-3 tbsp or as required
dark orange food color 1/8 tsp (optional)
basmati rice 1 & 1/2 kg (boiled with salt & cumin seeds)
fresh coriander leaves
green chillies
fresh or dry mint leaves
