1/4 cup almonds

3/4 cup yogurt

Heat 1 cup of oil in a pan.

Add 3 pounds of goat meat and sauté until the meat turns white.

Add 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of garlic paste, and 1 tablespoon of ginger paste, and sauté well.

Add 1 tablespoon of chili powder, 1 tablespoon of coriander powder, 1 teaspoon of garam masala, and 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, and sauté until well mixed.

Add water and cover to steam for about 20 minutes.

Boil 12 tomatoes, strain them to extract the juice, and set aside.

Chop 15 onions, peel 10-12 green chilies, and 5 jalapeños, and add them to the mixture.

Add 1/4 cup of cashew nuts and 1/4 cup of almonds to the mixture.

Add the extracted tomato juice to the pan, do not blend it, just pour the juice in.

Sauté until the oil starts to separate from the sides of the pan.

Add 3/4 cup of fried onions and 3/4 cup of yogurt to the mixture and sauté well.

Add 1/4 teaspoon of color to enhance the dish's appearance.

Add 1/4 teaspoon of saffron and continue to sauté until the oil separates and the color is beautiful.
