2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon fresh parsley (for garnish)
3 cloves garlic
1 lb beef steak (sirloin or flank)
2 large onions, sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 cup beef broth

Mix oil and butter together to prevent the butter from burning.

Infuse the oil and butter mixture with herbs and garlic.

Add the steak to the pan and do not move it until color develops on one side.
