1/2 cup Coconut or vegetable oil
1 medium size onion (chopped)
500g minced beef
1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 teaspoon thyme
Salt (to taste)
3 cubes knor or Maggie seasoning
3 tablespoon blended pepper mix
4 cups long grain rice (washed)
Water (enough to cook the rice)
1/2 bell peppers each (nicely cut)
A handful spring onions (chopped)

Heat the coconut or vegetable oil in a large pot.
