Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add a little bit of olive oil.

Take 80/20 ground beef and salt one side.

Place the salted side down in the hot pan and salt the other side.

Add a little bit of garlic powder and onion powder on top of the beef in the pan.

Add Worcestershire sauce to the beef in the pan.

While the beef is cooking, dice half an onion.

Flip the beef once it has a nice color on one side.

Slice the Kings Hawaiian savory butter rolls in half without completely separating them.

Place American cheese on top of the cooking beef and add a little bit of water to the pan for steam.

Cover the pan with a lid or another pan to help the cheese melt.

Once the cheese is melted, chop the beef and cheese mixture with a spatula or bench scraper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped beef and cheese with 1/4 cup of mayonnaise and the diced onion.

Add more onion powder, garlic powder, and fresh black pepper to the mixture.

Cut pickles lengthwise and prepare to add them to the sliders.
