1 block of firm tofu (beancurd)
4-5 pcs of dried mushrooms
1 cup boiling water
12 pcs of dried black fungus (tree ear)
1 small broccoli head
Few slices of carrots
4-5 pcs of baby corn
Few cuts of cabbage
1 inch ginger
3 cloves minced garlic
1/2 chopped onion
1 tbsp rice wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce (use vegan, mushroom oyster sauce)
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp water

Soak the dried mushrooms in 1 cup of boiling water until softened.

Prepare the other vegetables: chop the broccoli, slice the carrots, cut the baby corn, and shred the cabbage.

In a pan, heat oil and sautรฉ the minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.

Add the tofu and cook until golden brown.

Add the soaked mushrooms, dried black fungus, broccoli, carrots, baby corn, and cabbage to the pan.

Pour in the rice wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and ground black pepper.

Mix the cornstarch with water to create a thickener and add it to the pan to thicken the sauce.

Stir everything together and cook until the vegetables are tender.
