1 cup tofu, cubed
1/2 cup snow peas
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 inch ginger, grated
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp cornstarch
1/4 cup vegetable broth
