1/2 cup whole button mushrooms, sliced
1 cup capsicum (bell peppers), chopped
1 tbsp cornflour slurry (cornstarch mixed with water)
1/2 cup onions, sliced
1 inch ginger, grated
2 cloves ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp shezwan paste
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 green chilies, chopped

Heat a pan and add some oil.

Add a little bit of sugar to the oil to help caramelize the onions.

Add ginger garlic paste and stir until the onions become translucent.

Add whole button mushrooms, capsicum, and green chilies, and stir well.

Once the mushrooms have browned, add salt and tomato ketchup.

Add shezwan paste, soy sauce, and vinegar, and mix thoroughly.

Add cornflour slurry and cook for another minute or two before serving.
