1 cup lotus root, sliced
1/2 cup black mushrooms, sliced
2 cups carrots, sliced
1 cup pinker sticks, julienned
2 cups mountain noodles, cooked
2 tablespoons cooking oil
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon chicken powder
1 teaspoon lemon powder
1/4 cup green onion, chopped

Blanch the Mountain noodles and then remove and drain them.

Heat cooking oil in a pan over high heat.
