400 g beef scotch fillet, tri-tip, or sirloin (cut into 2 cm cubes)
3 garlic cloves, grated
1 Tbsp red wine (optional)
1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp honey
Black pepper
Salt to season
150 g cucumber, grated
1 tsp salt
150 g plain Greek yogurt
1-2 garlic cloves, grated

100 g crumbled feta
250 g tomatoes, cut into wedges
½ red onion, thinly sliced
Juice of 1 lemon
3 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 handful parsley, chopped
Sumac for garnish
