Beat the eggs in a bowl.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions until translucent.
Add garlic and ginger paste to the onions and fry them.
Add spices (paprika, black pepper, cumin, garam masala) to the mixture and cook for about a minute.
Set the onion and spice mixture aside.
In a mixing bowl, add salt to the ground beef.
Add the fried onion mixture and coriander to the ground beef.
If using, add bread crumbs to the beef mixture.
Mix everything with a wooden spoon, then use hands to mix thoroughly.
Mold the ground beef into cylindrical kebab shapes, wetting hands with water for a smooth finish.
Coat the kebabs with flour, then dip in egg wash.
Deep fry the kebabs, coating them two to three times for fluffiness without fully cooking them each time.
After the final coating, deep fry until fully cooked and golden brown.
