1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup breadcrumbs
3 large eggs
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
500 mL apricot jam
1.5 bottles Russian salad dressing
2 packages onion soup mix
water

In a bowl, add 2 lbs of ground chicken.

Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic to the ground chicken.

Add 1 cup of evaporated milk to the bowl.

Add 1 cup of breadcrumbs to the mixture.

Add 3 large eggs to the bowl.

Add 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper and 1 teaspoon of salt to the mixture.

Add 1 teaspoon of onion powder and 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika to the bowl.

Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.

Add 1 cup of panko breadcrumbs to the mixture and mix again.

Wet your hands to prevent sticking and roll the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Brown the meatballs in the skillet, turning to brown on all sides, but not cooking through completely.

Prepare the sauce by adding a 500 mL bottle of apricot jam to a pot.

Add a whole bottle of Russian salad dressing to the pot.

Add a few tablespoons of water to the pot to rinse out the salad dressing bottle.

Add 1 package of onion soup mix to the pot and mix well.

Add another 1/2 bottle of Russian salad dressing and the second package of onion soup mix to the pot.

Continue mixing until the sauce is well combined and melted together.

Pour the sauce over the browned meatballs in the skillet.

Cover the skillet with foil and place it in a preheated oven at 350°F.

Bake the meatballs in the oven until cooked through, checking to ensure they don’t overflow.
