2 Tsp Shaoxing wine
1 Tbsp Oysters sauce

1 Tsp Sesame oil
12 pcs mushrooms
2 Tbsp Light sauce
1/2 Tsp ginger powder
1 1/2 Tsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp water

Soak mushrooms until soft and wash them well; reserve the soaking water for cooking chicken.

Marinate chicken with 2 Tbsp oysters sauce, 2 Tbsp light sauce, 1 Tbsp Shaoxing wine, 1/2 Tsp ginger powder, 1 1/2 Tsp cornstarch, 1 Tbsp water, a pinch of white pepper, and 1 Tsp sesame oil.
