Add paprika, thyme, black pepper, salt, cumin, and water to the meat mixture.
Mix until the spices are evenly distributed throughout the meat.
Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best flavor.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Form the meat mixture into small cylindrical sausages, about the size of your finger.
Place the sausages on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked through.
Serve hot with mustard and bread or as part of a platter with sides.
